现代上蜡工艺对红木家具用木材材色及光泽的影响

Effect of Modern Waxing Process on Surface Color and Gloss of Rosewood Furniture

摘要: 通过测定大果紫檀、阔叶黄檀、巴里黄檀 3 种主要红木材质在现代上蜡工艺过程中的材色参数和光泽,研究了现代红木家具上蜡工艺( 漆托蜡和打水蜡) 对木材表面视觉物理特性的影响。结果表明:漆托蜡和打水蜡 2 种现代上蜡工艺对木材表面材色及光泽影响几乎一致。 以漆托蜡工艺为例,现代上蜡工艺对3 种红木材色影响各不同,除面漆砂光外,其他工序对3 种红木的材色变化均有较大影响;对 3 种红木表面光泽影响大致相同,且能保持木材原有的表面光泽各向异性的特质。

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of modern waxing processes (e.g., paint-supporting hot wax process and paint-supporting liquid wax process ) on rosewood surface visual physical properties, the article measured the color and gloss of the three types of wood including Burma Padauk, Indian rosewood and Dalbergia bariensis. The results show that there is almost no difference between the two processes. Taking paint-supporting hot wax process as an example, every step of modern waxing processes but finish sanding has a great effect on surface color of three species. The effects on surface gloss of three species were similar. Furthermore, the original gloss aeolotropy can be remained.
