摘要: 采用乙基纤维素(EC)作为正面银浆的增稠剂,考察了EC300、EC200、EC100、EC45对晶硅太阳能电池用正面银浆性能影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、流变仪等仪器对样品进行了表征。结果表明:采用EC200配制的正面银浆的综合性能更优,其高宽比大、印刷性好、焊接拉力高,并且具备较高的光电性能。

Abstract: Ethyl cellulose(EC)was used as a thickener for front silver paste. The effect of EC300, EC200, EC100 and EC45 on properties of front silver paste for silicon solar cells was investigated. The products were characterized by SEM by SEM and rheometer. The results showed that the front silver paste based on EC200 had a bigger aspect ratio, better printability, excellent solder tension and better photoelectric property.
