摘要: 通过二异氰酸酯和聚乙二醇合成了一种水性缔合型聚氨酯(PU)增稠剂,研究了不同反应的工艺条件及增稠剂的配制条件对增稠剂性能的影响,分析了增稠剂相对分子质量对其增稠后 PU水分散液的粒径及形貌的影响,并详细讨论了增稠剂的加入对 PU水分散液成膜性能的影响。

Abstract: Associative polyurethane(PU) thickener was prepared with polyethylene glycol(PEG)and disneyanate as raw materials. Effect of different process conditions on the properties of PU thickener was studied. Influence of molecular weight of PU thickener on the particle size and morphology of PU dispersions was analyzed.Furthermore, effect of PU thickener on the film-forming performance of PU was discussed in detail.
