石墨烯浆料在环氧锌粉复合防腐涂料中的应用

Application of Graphene Slurry in Epoxy-zinc Composite Anticorrosive Coatings

摘要: 通过预分散工艺将石墨烯制备成在涂料中易分散的石墨烯浆料,利用扫描电镜分析了石墨烯的分散性。采用预分散的石墨烯浆料取代传统环氧富锌涂料中的部分锌粉,研制了一种石墨烯-环氧锌粉复合防腐涂料。利用盐雾试验考察涂料的防腐性能,结果表明:预分散工艺改善了石墨烯的分散性,0.8%石墨烯掺量下的石墨烯-环氧锌粉复合防腐涂料具有最佳的腐蚀防护性能,耐盐雾时间达到2 000 h,同时由于石墨烯的加入,涂层耐冲击性和附着力都得到增强。

Abstract: A graphene slurry was prepared by graphene powder through pre-dispersion process, and the dispersibility of graphene was researched by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The graphene slurry which replaced partial proportion of zinc in traditional epoxy zinc rich coating was used to prepare the graphene-epoxy zinc composite anticorrosive coatings.The salt spray test was used to evaluate the anticorrosive performance of graphene-epoxy zinc composite anticorrosive coatings and the results indicated that the pre-dispersion process improved the dispersibility of graphene, the graphene-epoxy zinc composite anticorrosive coating with graphene content of 0. 8% possessed excellent anticorrosive performance with 2 000 h salt spray resistance result. Meanwhile, the Impact strength and adhesion force performance of the coatings were enhanced because of the addition of graphene.
