水性超薄型防火涂料紫外加速老化性能研究

摘要: 为了研究水性超薄型防火涂料老化后的性能,利用紫外加速老化实验箱对聚乙烯醇基水性超薄型防火涂料进行了不同时间的老化测试,并利用膨胀涂料防火性能快速测试仪、傅里叶红外光谱分析仪、X射线光电子能谱仪对其进行了理化性能测试。结果表明:老化后涂层表面的颜色加深、粗糙程度增加、完整性变差;由于涂层厚度减薄、大量裂痕的存在、阻燃体系失去协同膨胀效果等原因,老化后试样的耐火性能降低;老化时间越长,试样的耐火性能和炭层膨胀倍率降低得越显著。机理分析认为,涂层在老化过程中,膨胀阻燃组分发生氧化、降解、水解等反应,同时由于基料聚乙烯醇的水解作用加快了涂层的老化损失速率。

Abstract: The aging properties of the waterborne ultra-thin polyvinyl alcohol-based fire retardant coatings were studied under UV accelerated aging condition. Meanwhile, the physical properties of the coatings were investigated by fire resistance tester, FT-IR and XPS. The results showed that the color, roughness and integrity of the coating surface were changed after aging test. The fire resistance of the aged samples decreased due to the combined effect of the thinning of the coating layer, existence of the cracks and the loss of the synergistic effect. And with the increase of aging time, the fire resistance time and the char layer expansion rate of the samples decreased significantly. The aging mechanism of the coating indicated that the components had oxidation, degradation and hydrolysis reactions. At the same time, the aging rate of the coating was accelerated due to the hydrolysis of the polyvinyl alcohol.
