新型消防用绿色管材的性能及应用特点分析

摘要: 针对常规消防管材需现场进行涂料涂装时存在的施工效率低、作业难度大和不环保等缺陷,以及内外涂覆的消防管材价格高、推广难的问题,介绍一种新型消防外涂覆管产品的生产工艺、性能特点、相对优势以及安装应用等。分析认为:外涂覆消防管综合性能优于传统镀锌消防管材,使用综合成本低于传统镀锌消防管材,对环境友好,是一种经济实用型绿色消防管材。

Abstract: The conventional firefighting pipe needs to be coated at the site, which leads to some shortcomings including low construction efficiency difficult operation, pollution risl high price of pipe coated internally and externally and its difficult promotion, etc. In thicle, a novel coated pipe for fire protection has been introduced in terms of manufacturin process, properties, relative advantage, installation and application, etc. It is revealed that compared with the traditional galvanized pipe for fire protection, the externally-coated fire fighting pipe can be regarded as a type of economic, practical and environmental friendly pipe because of its better comprehensive properties, lower running costs and more environmental friendly performance.
