摘要: 采用2-氨基乙磺酸(SEA)化学改性双酚A型环氧树脂(EP),将亲水性的磺酸基团引入到分子主链,制备得到改性水性环氧树脂(EP-SEA)。研究了水性环氧乳液的稳定性和涂膜固化性能。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)对改性水性环氧树脂进行结构表征,通过激光粒度分析仪和透射电镜(TEM)研究了乳液的粒径和形貌,讨论了反应物配比、温度、时间、相转移催化剂添加量等因素分别对乳液粒径和稳定性的影响。结果表明:乳液平均粒径随着亲水单体2-氨基乙磺酸用量的增加而减小,乳液稳定性也随之变好,乳液平均粒径为120~332 nm,稳定性高,室温下6个月不分层。以投料比n(EP)∶n(SEA)=2∶1~2∶1.25制得的水性环氧树脂乳液的涂膜固化物具有优良的涂膜性能,铅笔硬度达2H,柔韧性为4 mm,耐冲击性达32~35 cm;耐水性优良。

Abstract: A taurine modified epoxy resin was prepared from taurine(SEA) and epoxy resin E-51, and was further formulated into stable waterborne epoxy emulsion. The structure the prepared modified epoxy resin was characterized by FT-IR, furthermore, the particle size and morphology of the emulsion were characterized by laser particle size analyzer and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The influence of temperature, time, phase transfer catalyst (PTC)content and reactant ratio on the properties of emulsion was discussed. The results showed that with the increase of content of hydrophilic monomer, the average particle size of the emulsion decreased to 120-332 nm, and the emulsion showed good storage stability and no separation after six month storage at room temperature. In addition, when n(EP): n(SEA) 2: 1-2:1. 5, the cured film exhibited good comprehensive performance with pencil hardness over 2H, good water resistance, meanwhile, the flexibility was 4 mm; the impact resistance was up to 32-35 cm.
