摘要: 采用相反转法制备了适用于高矿化度条件下固井水泥的E-20水性环氧乳液,并评价了乳液的稳定性和在水泥体系中的性能。结果表明:该乳液耐矿化度稳定性好,加入到水泥浆体系中,水泥浆具有较适宜的凝结时间,能有效地提高水泥的耐腐蚀性能和抗压强度。与市售乳液相比,制备的E-20环氧乳液综合性能更为优良,适用于高矿化度油气田固井水泥体系。

Abstract: The waterborne epoxy resin emulsion which was suitable for high salinity oil gas well cement was prepared by phase-reversion method. The stability of the waterborne e-mulsion and its performance in cement system were evaluated. The result showed that the salinity resistant stability of the emulsion was good. The setting time of the cement was appropriate when the emulsion was added, which could effectively improve the corrosion resistance and compressive strength of the cement. Compared with the commercialized emulsions,the compre-hensive perfomance of the prepared epoxy resin emulsion was better, suitable for high salinity oil-gas well cement system.
