摘要: 防结冰涂料是国内外普遍采用的防止或减轻叶片结冰的有效方法之一,该技术目前还不够成熟,对涂料的防结冰性能评判暂无统一标准,缺失对防结冰涂料系统、全面的测试与评价方法。本项目通过收集与分析国内结冰地区气候条件、结冰机理等资料,征询涂料企业和风电企业建议,开发了一种模拟自然环境下风电叶片涂料结冰的环境模拟设备,并通过水接触角测试、结冰环境模拟测试、结冰附着力测试 3 种手段综合评价叶片涂料防结冰性能。

Abstract: An anti-icing paint, one of the effective methods, is widely used at home and abroad for preventing or reducing ice formation on the blade, but the technology is still not mature enough, and there is not yet a systematic standard and/ or test method for the evaluation of the anti-icing performance. Through collecting and analyzing the domestic icing climate conditions, the freezing mechanism, and consulting the coatings enterprises and wind power enterprises, this project develops an environme simulation equipment for freezing process on the surface of the coated wind turbine blade, in addition, three test methods including the water contact angle test, icing environment simulation test and freezing adhesion test are used as a synergy to evaluate the anti-icing performance of the coated wind turbine blade.
