风电叶片涂料的评价方法及实例

摘要: 根据风电叶片涂料所处使用环境,制定了一套科学的评价体系并用实例进行了说明。该评价体系分为常规性能评价部分和关键性能评价部分,且均可通过常规检测仪器和检测方法得以实现。通过对2家进口和3家国产风电叶片涂料分别进行评价,结果发现:国产涂料和进口涂料均能达到常规性能指标;进口涂料在耐酸、耐碱方面不如一些国产涂料;有2家国产涂料的耐候性能不如进口涂料,但耐磨性能要比进口涂料好。

Abstract: A set of scientific evaluation system was worked out for wind blades coatings according to its application environment with examples. This evaluation system was divided into two parts such as conventional and key properties, both of which were realized by rotine test instruments and methods. Two imported and three domestic wind blades coatings were evaluated, the results showed that all coatings could meet the conventional properties specification. The acid and alkali resistance properties of imported coatings were lower than some of domestic coatings, though the weatherability of two domestic coatings could not compare to the imported, but wear resistance is better than that.
