摘要: 采用物理共混法,将 β-环糊精/ 间苯二酚双(二苯基)磷酸酯(RDP)包合物添加至聚氨酯树脂中,制备了一系列具有阻燃效果的聚氨酯膜。通过力学性能测试、热重分析、扫描电镜、极限氧指数和垂直燃烧实验等手段,研究了 β-环糊精 / RDP 包合物的含量对聚氨酯力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。 结果表明:聚氨酯经 β-环糊精/ RDP 包合物改性后其胶膜的力学性能明显提高。 当 β-环糊精/ RDP 包合物质量分数为 20%时,极限氧指数为 26%。UL-94 燃烧测试结果表明,改性聚氨酯的阻燃性能已达到 V-1 级。

Abstract: Flame retardant films were prepared by blending β-cyclodextrin/RDP inclusion complex with polyurethane resin. The effect of inclusion complex content on the mechanical and flame retardant properties of the modified polyurethane films were investigated by tensile test, thermal gravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscope, limit oxygen index and vertical flame test. The results of tensile test indicated that the mechanical properties of polyurethane were improved significantly by addition of β-cyclodextrin/RDP. When the mass fractio of β-cyclodextrin/RDP was 20%, the limit oxygen index of the modified polyurethane reached 26%, and UL-94 vertical burning test showed that the flame retardancy of the modified polyu-ethane film reached V-1.
