摘要: 采用单组分高固含清漆替代传统双组分清漆,探讨新型水性3C1B(三涂一烘)工艺对汽车涂装的可行性;通过比较现行3C2B体系和仅有一个预烘工序的传统3C1B体系,考察新型水性3C1B工艺在汽车涂装应用中所具有的潜在优势。

Abstract: In this article, a LK high solid clear coat instead of the 2K conventional clear coat is used to study the feasibility of the novel waterborne 3C1B system for automobile. A comparison of the existing 3C2B system and the conventional 3C1B system comprising only one we -heating process has been carried out. Furthermore, the potential advantage of the novel 3C1B system applied in automobile is investigated.
