摘要: 开发了一种应用于工业防腐领域的水性工业涂料。采用特定的丙烯酸乳液和水性环氧酯树脂作为成膜物,添加颜填料和合适的助剂,制备得到水性涂料。研究了水性树脂种类、涂料助剂等配方参数对涂料性能的影响,得到了综合性能优异的水性涂料配方。

Abstract: A Waterborne industrial coatings for industrial anticorrosion was prepared by using a self-made waterborne epoxy ester resin with polyacrylate emulsion, pigments/fillers and additives. The effect of type and amount of resin type and additives on coating properties was investigated respectively. The optimal formula of waterborne coatings with excellent performance were obtained through orthogonal experiment.
