高固体分聚氨酯航空涂料的配方设计要点

摘要: 与常规聚氨酯航空涂料相比,高固体分聚氨酯航空涂料具备施工效率高、VOC 排放低等优势,但存在干燥时间较长、适用期限较短、颜填料易絮凝、施工时易产生缩孔、流挂、橘皮等问题。因此,如何合理地设计配方来解决上述问题,就成为研制开发高固体分航空涂料的关键。 本文系统阐述了高固体分聚氨酯航空涂料的配方设计思路,主要包括基体树脂、颜填料及其相应润湿分散助剂、溶剂、固化促进剂、流动控制助剂以及流平助剂的选择等方面的内容。

Abstract: Compared with the conventional polyurethane aviation coatings, high-solid polyurethane aviation coatings had advantages in higher construction efficiency and lower voC emission. But It had some serious disadvantages Such as the longer drying time, the shorter pot life, the flocculation of pigment and filler, the paint shrinkage, the paint sagging and the orange skin. Therefore, the key to success was the formulation design. This article formulated the design idea of high-solid polyurethane aviation coatings, including the selection of matrix resin, pigments, fillers, dis persing additives, solvents curing accelerators, flow control additives, leveling agents, and more.
