相变微胶囊及其在红外伪装涂层中的应用

摘要: 介绍了红外隐身原理和红外伪装的概念,总结了微胶囊相变材料( MCPCM) 的研究现状及其在红外伪装中的应用方式,综述了 MCPCM 在红外伪装涂层中的应用,指出了其在红外伪装应用中需要解决的问题。 提出了提高 MCPCM 的相变潜热、配合其他红外伪装材料使用和寻求多频段兼容隐身将是未来 MCPCM 在红外伪装涂层应用的发展趋势。

Abstract: This article introduces the principle of infrared stealth and the concept of infrared camouflage, and summarizes the research status of microencapsulated phase change material(MCPCM) and its application mode in infrared camouflage. Meanwhile, it discusses the problem to be solved in their application in infrared camouflage, and prospects the future application. It is put forward that the increase of MCPCM latent heat, the application in combination with other infrared camouflage materials and multi-frequency compatibility stealth are the future trend of MCPCM applied in the infrared camouflage coating.
