摘要： 为解决卡车车身涂装生产过程的环保要求与生产成本之间的矛盾，在实验室开展了水性单涂层实色漆涂装工艺的技术参数要求、质量状态等相关实验工作，根据实验情况，该工艺可满足卡车的质量要求，并为该工艺技术的实际应用提供了技术支持。

Abstract: With the increasingly strict environmental protection laws and regulations, a solution to the balance of coating cost and environmenta protect requirement should be provided.Thus, a series of experimental works have been carried out so as to investigate the technical parameters and quality of the single-layer waterborne pigmented paint. The result shows that the coating process can meet the truck body's quality requirements, and provides the technical support for its practical application.
