摘要: 对卧式砂磨机进行设计改进,该砂磨机由机架、主轴支撑组件、搅拌磨碎机构、冷却循环系统 4 部分组成,搅拌磨碎机构由研磨盘与分离转子组成。 研磨盘的轮毂与外周环形盘由 3 根轮辐支撑,轮辐起到棒销的作用,从而使其具备盘式砂磨机和棒销砂磨机的效果;缸筒内圆柱表面加工出半圆形的螺旋槽,缸套外圆柱面与缸体内圆柱表面配合连接,形成截面为半圆形的螺旋槽冷却循环通道,避免冷却水循环短路,冷却效果较好。

Abstract: A horizontal sanding machine has been modified, which comprises four parts including frame, main shaft components, mixing grinding mechanism and cooling cycle system.Wherein, the mixing grinding mechanism consists of a grinding disc and separation rotor,wherein the wheel hub and the outer ring plate of the grinding disc is supported by three spokes having the effect of rod pin, therefore, the modified sanding machine has the effect in-tegrated with function of disc-type and rod pin-type sanding machine. The semicircle spiral groove is designed on surface of the inner cylinder which has a close contact with the outside cylinder, thus, a cooling cycle system of the semicircle spiral groove is formed to avoid short circuit of the cooling water circulation showing good cooling effect.
