摘要: 为满足沿海地面金属油罐及其他钢铁设施的热反射隔热防腐蚀要求,经材料选择、配方设计、工艺试验,成功研制了热反射隔热防腐蚀涂料。 对影响反射隔热涂料性能的空心玻璃微珠的种类和粒径、面漆树脂种类、钛白粉种类、纳米红外粉料等因素进行了详细讨论。 空心玻璃微珠在底漆甲组分配方中所占质量分数为 8%时,涂层具有良好的隔热性能;以 24%的金红石型钛白粉、5%的空心玻璃微珠、3%的纳米红外粉料进行复配,所制备的面漆具有较高的太阳光反射比和半球发射率。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of heat-reflective insulation corrosion protection for the land-based metal tanks and other steel structure facilities, the heat-reflective insulation anticorrosive coatings were developed by means of material selection, formula design and process optimization. Some factors affecting the properties of the prepared coatings were discussed in detail.
