摘要: 通过物理共混工艺,利用环氧树脂对纯丙乳液进行改性。经单因素实验,确定了环氧树脂的最佳加入量,制得了水分散性乳液。以此改性乳液为基料,空心玻璃微珠为功能填料,辅以其他颜填料及助剂,制备了反射率达82%,导热系数为0.06 W/(m.K)的反射隔热水性涂料,并对其基本性能进行了测试。

Abstract: Pure acrylic emulsion was modified through physical blending process. By single-factor test the optimum dosage of epoxy resin was determined, and waterborne emulsion was prepared. Using this modified emulsion as film-forming material, hollow glass beads as function filler, and other fillers and additives, a new kind of water-based heat reflective coating was obtained, with a high reflectivity 82%, low thermal conductivity 0.06 W/(m. K). The properties of this coating was tested.
