超低黏度多异氰酸酯三聚体的研究

摘要: 以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为原料,从多异氰酸酯的结构出发,研究开发了既拥有 3.0 平均官能团数又具有超低黏度特性的三聚体型多异氰酸酯,并且对使用多异氰酸酯三聚体的涂料的凝胶率、涂膜硬度、耐候性、耐热性等进行了测定。 结果表明:三聚体型聚氨酯结构和平均官能团数对提高低黏度涂料的固化特性、耐候性起着非常重要的作用。 超低黏度的三聚体型多异氰酸酯可用于配制高固含量涂料,可改善涂膜的表观。

Abstract: A super low viscosity polyisocyanate as trimer( DuranateTM TLA)based on hexmethylene diisocyanate (HDI) was prepared. As viewed from the structure of the polyisocyante. the DuranateTM TLA having average number of isocyanate functional group 3 and low viscosity was prepared. The curing performance(e.g., crosslinking density and film hardness) accelerated weatherability and thermostat of the coatings based on DuranateTM TLA were investigated. The results showed that the isocyanurate structure and the number of functional groups played important roles in curing performance and weatherability. The DuranteTM TLA with super low viscosity was useful for high solid coatings showing improved appearance.
