摘要: 合成了一种含不饱和双键的大分子丙烯酸树脂作为主体树脂,以活性单体为稀释剂,并加入硅烷偶联剂,制备了一种玻璃瓶用紫外光固化涂料,在玻璃底材上起始附着力为 0 级、耐沸水煮与湿附着力为 0 ~ 1 级( 划格法) 、硬度≥H。

Abstract: The acrylic resin with high molecular weight containing unsaturated double bond was synthesized. The Uv cured coating for glass bottle was prepared using the synthesized res-in, active monomer and silane coupling agent. The film test results indicated that the initial adhesion on the glass substrate was grade 0(Grid test), and the boiling water resistance and the wet adhesion was grade 0~1(Grid test), and the film hardness was higher than 1H(pen-cil hardness).
