聚酰胺-酰亚胺特种涂料制备及防腐性能研究

Study on Preparation and Anticorrosive Properties of Polyamide-Imide Special Coatings

摘要: 以1,2,4-偏苯三酸酐酰氯和4,4′-二氨基联苯醚为主要原料合成了聚酰胺-酰胺酸预聚体树脂,并以其为粘结剂复配以耐磨颜填料制备了聚酰胺-酰亚胺特种涂料。通过FT-IR、DSC、TGA等手段对所制备的树脂和涂膜的性能进行了表征,对树脂的性能和交联固化机理,耐磨颜填料的选择等进行研究,分析了该类材料的自润滑机理。研究发现:PAI特种复合涂料中复合耐磨填料采用8%MoS2+5.4%PTFE+1.5%石墨配比时,涂层性能最佳,中性盐雾试验832 h板面无变化。

Abstract: A polyamide-imide acid prepolymer was synthesized by using 4-chloro-formylphthalic anhydride and 4, 4'-diaminobiphenyl ether as main materials, and then mixed with wearable pigments and/ or fillers to form polyamide-imide special coatings. The resin and film thereof were characterized by FT-IR, DSC and TGA. The properties and the crosslinking mechanism of the resin, the selection of wearable pigments and/or fillers were also studied,furthermore, the self-lubricating mechanism of the resulted materials were analyzed. The results showed that a special coatings comprising wearable fillers (i.e., 8%MoS2+5.4% PTFE +1.5% graphite) gave optimal properties, and the coated sample showed no change after neutral salt-fog test for 832 h.
