摘要: 综述了近年来聚苯胺(PANI)防腐涂料的研究进展,包括单一 PANI 防腐涂料、PANI 叠层防腐涂层和 PANI 与树脂共混防腐涂料。 介绍了无机纳米粒子、有机酸等对 PANI 的改性,分析讨论了 PANI 涂料的防腐机理,展望了 PANI 防腐涂料的发展方向。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the research progress of polyaniline(PANI)anticorrosive coatings in recent years, which are mainly used as a single layer, laminated layer and modified layer blended with conventional polymeric resin matrix. Several materials such as inorganic nanoparticles and organic acids were used to modify PANI. The corrosion mechanism of PANI coatings was discussed. Meanwhile, the prospect of the PANI anticorrosive coatings was also described.
