摘要: 在最佳合成条件下,将自制的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)低聚物作为基础树脂应用在紫外光固化涂料中,详细考察了低聚物、活性单体、引发剂对涂膜性能,主要包括附着力、硬度、耐冲击性、耐磨性、柔韧性、耐水煮性、耐腐蚀性的影响。在讨论了低聚物、活性单体、光引发剂对涂膜性能影响的基础上,通过大量实验,不断调整涂料配方,最终获得了适用于塑料基材、涂膜综合性能优良的涂料配方。

Abstract: In optimum synthesis conditions, the homemade PUA oligomer was used as a base resin in UV-curable coatings. The influence of the oligomer, reactive monomers and initiator on the film properties, including adhesion, hardness, impact strength, abrasion resistance, flexibility, resistance to boiling, and corrosion resistance was investigated in detail, on which the coating formulations were adjusted through a large number of experiments, to find the final formulation that could be applied on plastic substrates with an excellent performance.
