船用车间底漆样品性能研究

摘要: 对搜集到的国内外知名厂家的11个车间底漆样品进行水性与溶剂型无机硅酸锌车间底漆性能试验及对比研究,研究结果表明:水性无机锌车间底漆可以达到GB/T 6747—2008《船用车间底漆》的要求,并且具有耐高温性能好、VOC含量低的特点。为了能在船厂生产线进行进一步应用和适用性等试验,还进行了一些前期实验室的探索试验工作。

Abstract: This paper introduced the performance evaluation and test for eleven collected shop primer samples from domestic and foreign well-known manufacture, including waterborne and solvent inorganic zinc silicate shop primer. The research data and results in the laboratory were listed. It was indicated that the waterborne inorganic zinc shop primer could meet the requirement of GB/T 6747-2008, and featured by its high temperature resistance and low VOC content. Some preliminary exploration tests were conducted in lab for further application test on the shipyard production line.
