摘要: 制备了以环氧为主体的UV固化阴极电泳涂料,用FT-IR对产物结构进行了表征;同时研究了电泳时间、电泳电压、闪蒸条件、固化时间等对涂膜的影响,得到合适的施工条件:电泳时间为80 s,电压为60 V,闪蒸温度为80℃,闪蒸时间为10 min,固化时间为120~150 s。该条件下,涂膜综合性能优异。

Abstract: The title Uv-curable cathodic electrophoretic coating was synthesized with epoxy as the main binder. The structure of products were characterized by FT-IR. At the same time, the effects of the electrophoresis time, electrophoresis voltage, flash time and curing time on the flim performance were discussed. The experiment results indicated that the film had better conprehensive properties when the electrophoresis time was 80 s, voltage was 60V,the fash temperature was 80℃, the flash time was 10 min and the curing time was 120 ~150 s.
