水性卷材涂料用聚酯树脂的制备及涂层性能研究

摘要: 本文采用间苯二甲酸 - 5 - 磺酸钠(5 - SSIPA)对聚酯树脂进行改性,合成了一种水性改性聚酯树脂,并用其制备卷材涂料,研究了影响涂层性能的因素。 结果表明:通过两步法的工艺,将亲水性功能单体 5 - SSIPA 引入聚酯树脂中,亲水性功能单体 5-SSIPA的用量越大,树脂的亲水性越好,但是其用量太大,表面固化反应速度太快,会影响漆膜的性能。

Abstract: This article reported a series of waterborne polyesters modified by using 5-SSLPA. Several factors which affected the properties of the coating were studied. It was found that if a hydrophilic functional monomer 5-SSIPA was introduced into the polyester resin by a two step process, the resin would be more hydrophilie than the one prepared by one - step process. The more dosage of 5-SSIPA used, the more hydrophilic the resin was. However. if the amount was too large, the curing reaction on the surface would be too fast, which might reduce the performance of the coating film.
