摘要: 以聚醚多元醇和甲苯 -2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料合成了端基为羟基的聚氨酯预聚体,并用其改性环氧树脂。对合成的改性环氧树脂进行了结构表征,并通过对多个固化剂的筛选,研制了一种双组分常温固化的抗碾压涂料,考察了不同聚氨酯改性环氧树脂含量及其他条件对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:用聚氨酯预聚体对环氧树脂进行接枝改性,能明显提高涂料的硬度、压缩强度、柔韧性及耐冲击性;用偶联剂处理过的耐磨骨料,大大提高了涂料的耐磨抗碾压性能。

Abstract: A hydroxyl terminated polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized witn polyether polyol and 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI), which was used to modify the epoxy resin. The structure of the modified epoxy resin was characterized. By changing the curing agents, a 2K anti-rolling coating, which can be cured at ambient temperature was developed. The effects of the content of the modified epoxy resin and the other conditions on properties of the coating were studied. The results showed that the epoxy resin modified with polyurethane prepolymers could significantly improve the hardness, compressive strength, toughness and impact resistance performance of the coating. The wear resistance and anti-rolling properties of the coating could be greatly improved by use of coupling agent treated abrasive aggregates.
