摘要： 以聚氯乙烯树脂为主体的特种无溶剂涂料，可防止车辆在行进中砂石等破坏性材料对车辆身板底板、轮罩及车身的撞击和损坏，并起减震、隔热、密封作用，同时涂膜具有柔韧性、弹性、耐冲击性、耐磨蚀及防腐性能。

Abstract: A special solvent free chip resistant coatings with Polyvinyl chloride resin(PVC)as binder was developed, to prevent the damage of wheel hubs, bottom plates and vehicle body due to impact and hit of stone chips during running, and provided shock absorption, heat insulation and sealing effects. The coating film showed characteristics of good flexibility elasticity, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
