摘要: 采用种子乳液聚合方法合成了一种新型的核壳结构丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了核壳比例、乳化剂种类与用量、种子乳液的稳定时间和交联剂用量等因素对乳液性能的影响,以及对乳胶粒子的多分散指数的影响,优化了合成工艺。结果发现加入特殊单体能够改善成膜物的耐水性,并因此确定了特殊单体的比例。

Abstract: A new core-shell acrylic elastic emulsion was synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization.The infuence of core - shell ratio. varieties and dosage of emulsifier. stable time of seed emulsion and crosslinking agent on emulsion properties and polydispersity of latex particles was investigated. Synthesis process was optimized. It was found that addition of special monomer could improve water resistance of the film and the proportion of the special monomer was determined.
