超支化型低密度聚乙烯涂层亲水性改性剂的合成与应用

Synthesis and Application of Hyperbanched LDPE Hydrophilic Modifier

以二异丙醇胺和丁二酸酐为原料合成了超支化聚(酰胺 -酯),使用油酸对其端羟基进行不同程度封端改性,并与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混制成共混涂膜。用化学滴定、红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱 -示差检测器 -多角度激光光散射器联用(GPC-RI-MALLS)等研究了超支化聚合物(HPs)的改性过程;用接触角测量仪评价了超支化聚合物对 LDPE表面的极性的影响;用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了超支化聚合物与 LDPE的相容性。实验结果表明:随着油酸对超支化聚合物中端羟基改性程度的增加,超支化聚合物与 LDPE的相容性提高,共混物膜表面的亲水性先减小后增加;当超支化聚合物的端羟基改性程度为 50%,在 LDPE加入量为 1%(质量分数)时,LDPE的亲水性提高最明显,接触角由 88.4°变为 49.3°。

Abstract: Hyperbranched poly(ester-amide)s was synthesized based on succinic anhydride and diisopropanol amine, which was modified by blocking of terminal -OH group with oleic acid at varying degree,then was blended with I DPE to prepare the coating film. The modification process of hyperbranched polymers(Hps) were characterized by chemical titration, FT-IR, GPC-MALIS-RI. The hydrophilicity was studied by measuring the contact angle to evaluate the effect of HPS on the surface polarity of LDPE. SEM images were used to determine the compatibility of HPS and I DPE. The results indicated that with the degree of modification increasing, the compatibility was improved, the surface contact angle of LDPE dropped and then recovered.When the degree of HPs modification was 50%, and 1%(w/w)of Hps was added into LDPE, the hydrophilicity was improved with contact angle down to 49.3° from 88.4°
