有机硅表面活性剂的合成及性能表征

摘要: 用含氢硅油、烯丙基聚醚为原料,铂为催化剂制备有机硅表面活性剂(S);考察了各反应条件对合成 S的影响;并使用红外光谱、接触角测定仪等对其进行表征;将 S作为乳化剂应用在苯丙乳液中。实验结果表明,在原料配比为 1∶1,80°C下反应 5h,催化剂用量 6×10-6时,合成的产率最高为 95.23%;用 S作为乳化剂合成的苯丙乳液随着 S用量的增加,乳液聚合单体转化率和乳液稳定性先增加后稳定、乳液粒子平均粒径、乳胶膜吸水率先降低后变化趋于平缓。

Abstract: The polydimethyl silicone surfactant(S)was prepared using the polyhydrosiloxanes and polyosyalkylene as raw materials and Pt as catalyst. The effect of the ratio of raw materials, the reaction time and temperature, the dosage of catalyst on synthesis of S was discussed. The properties of S were determined by FT-IR spectroscopy and the contact angle meter. The usage of S as emulsifier in styrene-acrylate emulsion were studied. The results showed that the yield reached 95. 23% when the ratio of raw materials was 1: 1 at 80 ℃ for 5 h, the dosage of Pt was 6×10-6. With increasing dosage of S as the emulsifier in styrene-acrylate emulsion, the monomer conversion and the stability of emulsion became higher firstly and then were stable, the average of emulsion particle size and the water absorption of the emulsion film were lower firstly and then became stable.
