水性 UV固化星型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的性能研究

Properties of Waterborne UV Curable Star-Shaped Polyurethane-Acrylate

摘要: 制备了水性 UV固化星型杂臂聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WSPUA),重点研究了星型聚氨酯分子臂的软段组成(PC-DL10和 PEG40)对其乳液和 UV固化涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:乳液粒径、表面张力和革表面接触角随 PCDL用量减少而变小;涂膜抗张强度、断裂伸长率、耐溶剂性能随 PCDL用量减少而降低,耐水性随 PCDL用量减少而提高;涂膜微相分离程度随 PCDL用量增加而增加,软段玻璃化温度随 PCDL用量增加而降低,热稳定性随 PCDL用量增加而提高。

Abstract:

Waterborne UV curable star-shaped hybrid arm polyurethane -acrylate(WSPUA)was prepared, and properties of emulsion and film after UV curing with different soft segments (PCDL1000 and PEG400)were studied. The results showed that the particle size distribution, surface tension and surface contact angle on leather decreased with decreasing of amount of PCDL; tensile strength, elongation at break solvent resistance reduced with decreasing of amount of PCDL, but water resistance improved with decreasing of amount of PCDL; the micro -phase separation of the film increased with increasing of amount of PCDL,glass transition temperature(Tg) of soft segment reduced with increasing of amount of PCDL, thermal stability improved with the increasing of amount of PCDL.
