摘要: 乘用车车身的使用寿命很大程度上取决于车身的抗锈蚀能力,而车身内腔锈蚀由于其隐蔽性高、破坏性强则更需要引起人们的关注。文章结合实际经验,从现场生产设备参数控制、工艺参数控制及车身结构等方面,对乘用车车身内腔锈蚀产生的原因进行了探讨,并从加强现场管理和控制原材料质量、设备更新换代、采用新工艺及采用同步工程分析改善车身结构等方面提出解决对策。

Abstract: The servic life of car body, to a great extent, depends on the corrosion protective performance of car body. Intracavity corrosion is a much hidden damage, which needs higher concerning. In this paper,the causes of intracavity corrosion of car body were discussed in two aspects. The first was the control of equipment and process parameters; the other was car body structure. And several solution proposals were suggested, strengthening of field managem and control of raw material quality, devices renewing, adoption of new technology and car body structure improvement by simultaneous engineering (SE).
