摘要： 介绍了涂料可能引发的危害,对其风险进行了评估,对我国现阶段有关涂料的强制性国家标准进行了梳理研究,概述了我国出入境检验检疫部门对进口涂料的检验监管政策措施,指出了进口涂料检验监管过程中存在的一些问题,提出了进一步加强和改善进口涂料检验监管方法的建议,便于我国广大涂料进口商和使用企业了解检验检疫机构监管政策,积极应对涂料风险,促进涂料行业健康发展。

Abstract: The potential hazard and risk initiated by coatings were briefly introduced and evaluated in this paper. By reviewing all the mandatory national standards relating to coatings and summarizing the supervision measures of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (CIQ) on import coatings,the problems during the inspection process towards import coatings were pointed out and some suggestions were proposed in order to enhance and improve the inspection supervision methods to coatings, which is convenient for coating importers and end users to understand the policy of inspection supervision of CIQ and cope with the risk of coatings to advance healthy development of coating industry.
