摘要: 以通用型环氧树脂及环氧固化剂作为成膜主体,研究了环氧树脂、固化剂、填料类型及用量对粉末涂料涂层性能的影响,通过配方优化,得到了适用于电磁线圆铝线涂装的纯环氧型粉末涂料,并与环氧/聚酯型粉末涂料进行了综合性能的对比,对比结果表明该类型粉末涂料产品在涂层的柔韧性、耐热性、电绝缘性等方面要优于环氧/聚酯体系。

Abstract: In this article, the influence of epoxy resin, curing agent, fillers types and dosage on the comprehensives properties of epoxy powder coating for magnet wire was discussed. And an electric insulation epoxy powder coating for magnetic wire was prepared after formulation optimization. The flexibility, heat resistance, electric resistance property of the epoxy powder cating film were superior to the epoxy/polyester powder coating.
