摘要: 以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)作为官能单体,制备了含有酮羰基的聚丙烯酸酯乳液。将此乳液与己二酸二酰肼(ADH)混合,制得涂料印花用粘合剂。涂膜经红外光谱测试表明,乳液成膜时酮羰基与肼发生了交联反应。另外讨论了 DAAM的用量与添加方式、DAAM与 ADH的质量比以及固化温度等对织物印花各种性能的影响。

Abstract: Diacetone acrylamide ( DAAM) was used as functional monomer to prepare ketone carbonyl containing polyacrylate emulsion, which was then mixed with adipic acid dihydrazide( ADH) to prepare the pigment printing adhesive. Infrared spectroscop tests indicated that ketone carbonyl reacted with hydrazine during film forming process. Furthermore the influance of amount and charging process of DAAM, the ratio of DAAM and ADH, and the curing temperature on various properties of textile printing were discussed.
