摘要: 合成了具有硬核软壳结构、成膜温度不高于 45°C,120°C条件下负载 1.96N/cm2不发粘、可用于木器涂 料的自交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了聚合工艺、软 /硬单体比、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)的加入量和加入方式等因 素对乳液和涂膜性能的影响。研究表明:DAAM的加入可改善涂膜的抗高温回粘性,丙烯酸和 DAAM以壳单体方式加 入对成膜性和抗高温回粘性有利。

Abstract: An ambientdry self-croslinking core-shell acrylic emulsions for water-based wood coatings were prepared,which can be dried below45°C and shows tack-fre at 120°C and 1.96N/cm2 loading.The efects of polymerization preces,hard/soft monmer ratio,DAAM content and its feding method on the prorerties of acrylic emulsions and paint films were investigated.The results indicate that adition of DAAM can improve high temperature anti-after tack of paint films,and incorporation of DAAM and acrylic acid as shell can improve high temperature anti-after tack and film-forming property.
