摘要: 对用有机硅及纳米复合改性制备的涂料印花粘合剂进行的红外、紫外光谱分析与表征、乳液粒径及稳定性的对比表明,所合成的粘合剂结构达到了设计的要求,其稀释稳定性、机械稳定性、耐电解质稳定性均良好,但酸碱的加入对纳米体系稳定性有一定的影响。

关键词: 纳米复合, 丙烯酸酯, 环保型粘合剂, 涂料印花

Abstract: The structure of the title silicone and nano-modified synthetic adhesive for pigment printing has met the requirements of design and dilution stability, mechanical stability, electrolyte stability by analysis and characterization with IR and UV, and the analysis of emulsion particle size and stability. But incorporation of acid or alkali will have negative effect on stability of nano system.
