纳米 Ag·SiO2添加剂对涂料在金黄色葡萄球菌环境中防腐性能的影响

Effect of Nano-Ag·SiO2 Additive on the Corrosion Resistance of Coatings against Staphylococcus Aureus

摘要: 研究了添加不同颜基比(P/B)纳米 Ag·SiO2对环氧树脂涂层在金黄色葡萄球菌环境中防腐性能的影响。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了涂层在金黄色葡萄球菌溶液中浸泡前的表面形貌,测试了涂层浸泡前后的交流阻抗谱(EIS)。结果表明:添加纳米 Ag·SiO2由于增加了涂层多孔性而导致其阻抗不同程度下降,P/B为 0.3%时涂层的阻抗降至 106Ω·cm2以下,基本失去了保护作用;在金黄色葡萄球菌溶液浸泡过程中纳米 Ag·SiO2杀菌作用开始显现,浸泡后未添加纳米 Ag·SiO2涂层的耐蚀性能直线下降,而 P/B为 0.1%时涂层的耐蚀性能基本保持不变。

Abstract: The influence of nano-Ag·SiO2 additive with different P/B ratios on the corrosion resistance of epoxy coatings against Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus )was studied. The surface morphology of the coatings was observed by atomic force microscope(AFM )before immersion in S. aureus solution, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of the coatings was investigated before and after the immersion。The results showed that the resistances of the coatings were decreased gradually due to the increase of its pomosty with addition of nano-Ag·SiO2 ,and that of the coating with P/B=0. 3% was below 106Ω·cm2 ,losing its protective performance. The bactericidal action of nano-Ag·SiO2 during immersion in S. aureus solution played an important role. After immersion the resistance of the coating without nanodropped significantly and that of the coating with P/B=0. 1% remained at the same level.
