石墨烯/苯丙乳液复合导电膜的制备

Preparation of Graphene Nanosheets/Styrene-acrylic Emulsion Hybrid Conductive Film

摘要: 以新型碳材料石墨烯为导电填料,水性苯丙乳液为基体,通过简单共混的方式制备出一种全新复合型导电膜。对自制的原材料和复合导电膜进行了形态结构的表征,并对复合导电膜的导电性能和机理进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明:石墨烯质量分数为5%时,能够均匀分散,复合导电膜的表面电阻率达到0.29 Ω.cm;增加石墨烯用量,会产生团聚,表面电阻率略有升高;复合导电膜中添加少量纳米银颗粒,导电性提高2个数量级。

Abstract: Graphene nanosheets were chosen as the conductive filler and blended with styrene-acrylic emulsion physically to fabricate a kind of new hybrid conductive film. The morphology and structure of raw materials and hybrid conductive film were characterized. The performance and mechanism of conductivity of the hybrid conductive film were investigated preliminarily. The results revealed that graphene nanosheets can be homogeneously dispersed in the polymer matrix and surface resistivity was 0. 29 Ω.cm, when mass fraction of graphene was 5%. However, agglomeration of graphene emerged and surface resistivity rose appreciably with increasing content of graphene. Electrical conductivity will increase two orders of magnitude if small amount of nanosilver is added in the hybrid conductive film.
