摘要: 以对溴苯酚、甲醛、环氧氯丙烷通过逐步聚合方法合成了自阻燃的溴碳酚醛环氧树脂,采用 FT-IR对其进行了结构分析,以聚酰胺为固化剂,辅以颜填料及各种助剂复配制得超薄型溴碳酚醛环氧钢结构防火涂料,并对影响防火涂料性能的主要因素进行了分析研究,探讨了树脂、助剂及溴含量对防火涂料耐火时间的影响。

Abstract: The ultra-thin bromine carbon phenolic epoxy self-fire retardant coatings for steel structure was developed from bromophenol, formaldehyde and epichlorohydrin by step polymerization, using polyamide as curing agent and mixed with pigments, fillers and additives. The structure of fire retardant coating was characterized by FT-IR. The main influencing factors on fire retardant coating performances were studied.Additionally, the effects of ratios of resins, additive and bromine on the fire resistance time were investigated.
