摘要: 氟碳涂料因其优异的耐候性在建筑领域广泛应用,以氟树脂为基础出现了自清洁、热反射等功能型氟碳涂料。通过户外老化与人工候加速老化等方法,并结合 FT-IR、DSC、SEM、表面接触角等表征技术对这类涂料进行研究。结果表明,必须通过研究建立适合此类产品不同特性的环境适应性试验,才能对功能型氟碳涂料的综合性能作出较为全面与客观的评价。

Abstract: Fluorocarbon resin coating, because of its outstanding outdoor durability, has been widely used in construction industry, providing as well the self-cleaning and thermal reflecting performance. This article has focused on study of this kind of coatings by use of ield exposure or accelerated weathering, as well as the FT-IR,DSC,SEM and contact angle test. It has shown that establishment of the environmental compatibility test is the only way to evaluate the overall performance of the fluoro carbon resin coatings objectively.
