大气环境中有机涂层的老化机理及影响因素

摘要: 在大气环境中,有机涂层受到太阳光、热和温度、水和湿气、氧和臭氧、污染物等的作用而产生老化现象,并伴随着各种性能的下降。本文逐一探讨了影响有机涂层老化的因素,认为太阳光、热和温度、水和湿气等是引起各种有机涂层老化的主要环境因素。同时对大气环境中有机涂层的不同老化机理进行了剖析。

Abstract: In atmospheric environment, the organic coatings are frequently suffered from the effects of environmental variables such as sunlight, heat and temperature, water and humidity, oxygen and ozone and pollutants, etc. Accordingly,the ageing of the coatings is inevitable and the degradation of the coating performance can be observed. In this article, the factors affecting ageing of the organic coatings are reviewed. It was pointed out that sunlight, heat and temperature, water an d humidity were the primary environmental variables causing coatings ageing. In addition different ageing mechanisms of the coatings were discussed.
