摘要： 制备了用于配制水性木器色漆的水性酞菁蓝色浆，研究了颜料、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、防霉杀菌剂等原料对色浆及色漆产品性能的影响，确定了有关助剂的种类和用量。研制的水性酞菁蓝色浆固含量 35.62%，细度20 μm，VOC含量 112 g/L，用其配制的水性木器涂料达到有关标准要求。

Abstract: A waterbased phthalocyanine blue colorant was prepared suitable for woodenware coatings.The influence of pigments, wetting dispersant defoamer, antifreezer and fungicide on product performance was discussed. The types and amounts of additives were given. The solid content of the waterbased phthalocyanine blue colorant reached 35. 62% the fineness 20 μm, VOC 112 g/L and the properties of the woodenware coating, which is prepared by the colorant can meet the requirements specified in national standards.
