军绿色隔热降温涂料的研究

摘要: 研究了空心玻璃微珠和纳米陶瓷材料等材料用量对军绿色隔热降温涂料热性能的影响,通过对多种着色颜料及其复配体系反射率的研究,优选出反射率较好的几种颜料,用它们调制出的军绿色降温涂料作为深色降温涂料具有较高的反射率,并且其他各项物理机械性能良好。

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of amounts of materials such as hollow glass beads and nano-ceramic materials on the thermal properties of thermal insulating cooling coatings with army green color.Through investigation of the thermal reflectivities of various pigments and their combination systems, a couple of the pigment indicating better thermal reflectivity were screened and used to prepare the title thermal insulating cooling coating. The coating as a dark cooling coating has better thermal reflectivity and mechanical properties.
