乙丙橡胶密封件耐老化防护涂层的试验研究

Study on Aging Resistant Coatings for Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer(EPDM) Rubber Sealing Parts

摘要: 针对东南沿海地区橡胶密封材料老化现象进行表面防护试验研究,开发用于橡胶表面的橡胶耐老化涂层。为进一步提高涂层本身的耐老化性能、改进涂层的施工性能、减少对环境的污染,试验研究了一种水性橡胶耐老化涂料,测试了涂层橡胶密封件的耐湿热性、耐盐雾性,试验结果表明:涂敷防护涂膜的乙丙橡胶表面在湿热环境下30 h、盐雾试验196 h未发生明显变化,耐老化效果显著提高。

Abstract: Against aging of ethylene-propylene monomer rubber sealing parts in southeastern coastal areas, aging resistant rubber coating for the rubber surface was developed. In order to further enhauce the aging resistant performance of coatings, improve the application properties and reduce the pollunt on enviroment, a waterbased aging resistant coatings for rubber was developed, which showed good humid-heat and salt -fog resistance. The results showed that coated rubber can last for humid-heat 300 h or salt-fog 196 h, with no changed and improved performance.
