摘要: 根据雷达对防护涂层体系的要求,通过筛选试验和成本分析,对6种以丙烯酸聚氨酯为面漆的涂层体系进行了优选。结果表明:由X06乙烯磷化底漆+通用标准底漆+TS73丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆组成的涂层体系,在雷达常用的裸铝、铝化学氧化、裸钢、钢镀锌钝化等4种基材上综合性能最佳,其耐高温、耐低温、耐温度变化、耐水性、耐盐雾、耐交变湿热等环境适应性能优良,耐腐蚀能力好,耐酸、碱、二甲苯、沸水、污染等各种介质能力强,单位成本在受试涂层体系中居中,有良好的性价比,完全满足雷达对防护涂层体系的要求。

Abstract: According to the requirements of protective coating systems of radar, six coatings systems based on acrylic polyurethane as top-coats were screened by performance tests and cost analysis. Test results showed that the coating system composed of X06 vinyl resin etch primer general standard primer+TS73 acrylic polyurethane topcoat provided the best performances on naked Al, chemically oxidized Al, naked Fe, galvanizing passivated Fe, which were commonly used on radar equipments Its environmental compatibilities included excellent high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, temperature shock resistance, water resistance, salt fog resistance, alternate damp heat resistance. Its corrosion resistance was outstanding, the coating system had high quality of media -resistance, which included sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, xylene, boiling water and contaminant. Cost analysis showed that unit cost of the selected coatings system which was in the middle over the six tested coatings systems with good cost efficiency,meeting well the requirements of protective coating systems of radar.
