摘要: 以水性丙烯酸树脂为粘结剂,廉价的无机黏土为主要隔热骨料,配以其他助剂制备了一种新型环保隔热涂料。通过对骨料类型、用量及粒径的讨论得到最佳的隔热涂料配方。平均温度70 ℃时,隔热涂料的导热系数为0.067 W/(m·K);在钢板上涂覆 3mm该涂料,可使钢板从内侧的 150 ℃降低至外侧的10 ℃,温差达 50 ℃。热重分析表明,该涂料在低于180 ℃时具有良好的热稳定性,特别适合纺织印染工业印染加工用异型设备的保温。

Abstract: A new environmental-friendly thermal insulation coatings was prepared from waterborne acrylic resin as a binder, cheap inorganic clay as the major filler and other additives. An optimal formula by discussing the influence of the types, content and particle size of the major filler on thermal insulation property. The thermal conductivity of the coatings is 0.067 W/(m·K) at the testing average temperature of 70 ℃; and the temperature of the steel plate with 3 mm DFT coatings decreased from 150 ℃ inside to 100 ℃ outside. TGA test showed that the coating has a good thermal stability below 180 ℃. Considering the advantages of environmental protection, low cost and simple application, the thermal insulation coating prepared is suitable for thermal insulation of printing and dyeing equipment.
