摘要： 耐腐蚀性能与涂层机械性能是家电彩涂板重要性能指标，直接关系到家电产品的使用寿命。通过采用正交试验，分别选择前处理钝化工艺、涂层烘烤温度以及涂层厚度等3个影响因素，分析了各个因素对家电彩板涂层机械性能和耐腐独性能的影响及其显著性，提出了合理选择前处理钝化工艺是提高家电彩板的耐腐蚀性能及涂层机械性能的主要措施。

Abstract: Anti- corrosion and mechanical properties are two very important properties of prepainted sheets for household appliances, which can affect the service life of household appliances significantly. Anti-corrosion mechanical properties of prepainted sheets for household appliances were analyzed by selectingm 3 factors, including passivation pretreatment, PMT and the film thickness through the orthogonal experiment, and the significance, which were analyzed by using ANOVA. It was found that choosing the prpper pretreatment technology was the main solution of improving the relevant properties of prepainted sheets for household appliances.
